What is Private Mediation?

​Private mediation can provide a cheaper, lower-stress, and more amicable solution than going to court. We believe in finding common ground between parties with the goal of creating long-lasting solutions. 

 

​Upon successful completion of mediation, you mediator will create a detailed written agreement that can be submitted directly with the Court. 

 

Our mediators will also instruct parties on how to utilize technology to streamline various aspects of their case including financial disclosures and E-filing documents with the Court. 

 

The rate for private mediation is $250/hour, with a $500 deposit, and 72 hour cancellation period for full refund.
