While we don't represent you, meaning we won't go to court or communicate with other parties in your case, we can provide expert advice whenever you need it throughout the process. 

 

Coaching can cover a wide variety of topics including:

• Helping determine what steps are needed to get a case started

• Reviewing mediated agreements before they are signed

• Discussing and helping form a strategy for modifying existing orders

• Helping prepare for a hearing including suggesting exhibits and helping organize presentation

• Drafting motions or other pleadings such as witness disclosures

We offer multiple fee structures to best fit your needs and budget.  You can either schedule "as needed" visits with a one hour minimum, paid in advance at $250 -OR- pay a deposit of $1,000 deposit and then there is no minimum fee.
